You can return any product within the first 14 days from the delivery date in the event of a change in decision if it has not been opened, with the exception of the following products for hygiene and health reasons:
Swimwear, lingerie, nightwear, accessories, earrings, gold, cosmetics. Fragrances, groceries, personal care products, hair care products, nutritional supplements, programs, tickets, books, health supplies.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, you can return any product within 30 days from the date of receipt.

    In the event that you receive a product with an obvious defect/damage or a product with an error in color/size/measurement) or any deficiency in the belongings or accessories of the product, or damage to the outer packaging of the product, you must inform us within a maximum period of 48 hours from the date of receipt.
    When returning the product, make sure that all accessories for the product are in good condition, that the product is in its original packaging, and that any gifts have arrived with the product.
    When returning electronics: Please make sure to remove the password “if any” and remove any personal data on the device to avoid the return request being incomplete.
    Any non-Returned accessory must not be included in the returned product packaging.
    Electronic products cannot be returned in case of change of mind if they are not with the factory seal.
